eLiquidAssets, Inc. offers a 30 day warranty on our items against defect. If you are not satisfied with any item, please contact us directly so that we can correct the situation. Non defective items returned are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Non defective items returned with open packaging are subject to a 20% restocking fee. And non defective items without the original manufacturer's packaging are subject to a 40% restocking fee. Please do not ship back any items until you have contacted us and obtained return instructions.
