Non defective items returned are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Non defective items returned with open packaging are subject to a 20% restocking fee. And non defective items without the original manufacturer's packaging are subject to a 40% restocking fee. Please do not ship back any items until you have contacted us and obtained return instructions.
